3. Booking & Payment Terms
3.1 Payment Schedule
- A 50% down payment is required to confirm your booking
- The remaining 50% balance will be automatically charged to your card 7 days prior to check-in
3.2 Cancellation Policy
- Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 7 full days before check-in receive 100% refund
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable
4. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: After 16:00 (4:00 PM)
- Check-out: Before 10:00 (10:00 AM)
- Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request and availability
5. Security Deposit
A security deposit of €200 will be collected upon check-in. This deposit will be refunded in full after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property or its contents.
6. House Rules
- Smoking: This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the villa.
- Parties & Events: No parties, gatherings, or events are permitted without prior written consent.
- Guests: Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight.
- Pets: Pets are not allowed.
- Noise: Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00.
7. Guest Responsibilities
- Guests must treat the property with care and respect
- Guests are fully responsible for any damage caused during their stay
- Guests will be charged for the full cost of repairs or replacement of damaged items
- All guests must provide valid identification upon check-in (required by Italian law)
8. Liability
Villa Aura Frascati is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their belongings during their stay, except in cases of gross negligence on our part. Guests are advised to have appropriate travel insurance.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, or government actions.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rome, Italy.
